After explaining the four services we provide, we will go into further depth about the steps involved in this guide and show you how to make the most of our link exchange platform.

Search

  1.  After you log in to our platform, you will land on the search page. When selecting between link exchange and link insertion services, the advanced section will prompt you:
  2. In the ‘Advanced‘ section, you can choose: 
  • Ahrefs domain authority: Domain authority is a search engine ranking number that shows how good and trustworthy a website is and how well it can rank in search engines.
  • Ahrefs traffic: Website traffic is a measure of how many people visit a website.
  • Ahrefs backlinks: A backlink is a link on one site that leads to another site.
  • Ahrefs reference domain: A referring domain is a website from outside your own that provides a link to your site.
  • Ahrefs keywords: A particular word or phrase that describes the content of a page. It’s a shortcut that sums up an entire page.
  • Semrush authority score: Used for measuring a domain’s or webpage’s overall quality and SEO performance.
  • Semrush traffic: Website traffic is a measure of how many people visit a website.
  • Semrush backlink: A backlink is a link on one site that leads to another site.
  • Minimum words: The minimum number of words you want in the article.
  • Maximum links: The maximum number of links you want to be linked to your article.
  • Delivery time (days): e.g., 2-3 days more or less, according to your preference.

Differences between Ahrefs and Semrush

Both Ahrefs and Semrush are top SEO and digital marketing tools with distinct strengths. Ahrefs is perfect for SEO experts focusing on link building and site health due to its superior backlink research and site audit capabilities. Semrush’s keyword research, competitor analysis, content marketing, and PPC insights make it a versatile digital marketing tool. 

 2.) You can choose the minimum and maximum number of domain authority, traffic, backlinks, etc.


3.) You can add criteria according to your preference for Ahrefs, Semrush Backlink Authorities or traffic.

And if you want to delete a selected criteria, click the red trash icon.


4.) In the domain section, you can search for the name of the domain that you want, and you will find all the information requested below.

5.) You can choose your preferred language.


6.) You can choose your preferred category: education, technology, medicine, etc.

7.) You can choose the country.


8.) You can choose the type of link that you prefer

  • Do follow: dofollow links help SEO directly by sharing link juice.
  • No follow: nofollow links only provide indirect SEO value. 


9.) Then, click ‘Search’.


10.) A screen will pop up with all the domains. Click ‘View Details’ of the domain you want to exchange links with.


11.) Choose the domain name you’ve already put on the trade list, then click ‘Trade’ to start the link exchange process.


12.) Then fill in your request: add your ‘Source URL’, ‘Target URL’ and ‘Anchor Text’.


Source URL: The page of the blog that you want to insert a link on.
Target URL: The target page you want to lead to.
Anchor Text: The text you want to insert the link on.
Exists in the Article: This means that the anchor you chose already exists in the article.
New: This means that you will provide a text edit and your anchor text will be included.
Position: This is a screenshot of the place where you want to insert your link.


13.) And click ‘Place Order’.


14.) Then, click ‘Confirm’.


15.) Once confirmed, click ‘Submit’. Now your order has been placed successfully!

Orders

This section shows details of each order placed:

1.) Order ID: Each order has it’s own ID number.

2.) Date: Your order’s submission date.

3.) Type: There are two types:

  • Trade: When you exchange a link with others.
  • Sell: When you buy an item.

4.) Service: This is the type of service you are choosing (Link insertion, Guest post, etc..)

5.) Domain: The domain you are exchanging or buying links from.

6.) Amount: The price of the item.

7.) Status: The status of your order (Pending acceptance, active, created, resolved, completed, canceled, rejected)

8.) Delivery status: The details of delivering your order (service in progress, service accepted, submitted for review)

9.) View details: This is where you view your order.

In the status section:

  • Pending acceptance: waiting for the client to accept the order.
  • Created: In order for the client to receive the order, you must click submit.
  • Resolved: The order is resolved from both sides.
  • Active: The order was accepted and is now active and in progress.
  • Completed: The order was accepted, completed and now closed.
  • Canceled: The order is canceled.
  • Rejected: The client rejected the order; you need to double-check with this client to find out why.

In the Delivery Status section:

  • Service in progress: Your order is still pending either from your side or the client’s side.
  • Service accepted: Your order is now complete and closed.
  • Submitted for review: Your order is now complete from your side and we are waiting for the client’s review and acceptance.

 

The Orders section is  divided into four categories:

  • All orders: Shows all orders you’ve submitted.
  • Incoming: Shows orders that you have received from clients.
  • Outgoing: Shows orders you submitted to clients.
  • Action required: Shows orders that need action from you (order review, order submission, order cancellation or rejection)

 

Publisher

In the publisher’s section, you have the authority to add your domains as much as you can. Let’s go through this section in detail.

List my domains

This is where you find the domains that you listed:

  • Domain: The name of the domain you entered.
  • Date created: The date you created the domain.
  • Services: The type of services you chose (link insertion, guest post, etc..)
  • Verified: If your domain has been verified by the administrator or not.
  • DA: The domain authority of the domain.
  • UR: URL Rating (UR) is one of the metrics Ahrefs uses to rate the backlink profile of a website.
  • Status: If your domain has been verified or listed by the administrator or is still pending.
  • View details: Viewing details of the domain.

 

Add Domain

  • Domain URL: Add the domain URL (ex: www.nandbox.com)
  • Cover: Upload a photo for your site.
  • Description: Add a brief description of the domain.
  • Category:  Type of domain (ex: business, e-commerce, technology, etc.)
  • Language: Language of the domain.

  • Blog URL: The URL for the blog page of your site.
  • Add a blog URL: If you want to add an additional blog page.

 

Link Insertion

  • On and off: If you want this service to be listed for your domain, turn the toggle on and add your details; if not, turn it off.
  • Price: The price of your link insertion service.
  • Delivery time: The time taken to deliver and make the link live.
  • Backlink type: Whether it’s do follow or no follow.
  • Service terms and conditions: If you have any guidelines, you can list them here.
  • Auto accept incoming orders: This will accept automatic delivery of incoming orders.

 

Link Exchange

  • On and off: If you want this service to be listed for your domain, turn the toggle on and add your details; if not, turn it off.
  • Delivery time: The time taken to deliver and make the link live.
  • Minimum Ahrefs DR required: The minimum number of domain authorities you want.
  • Backlink type: Whether it’s do follow or no follow.
  • Service terms and conditions: if you have any guidelines, you can list them here.

 

Guest Posting

  • On and off: If you want this service to be listed for your domain, turn the toggle on and add your details; if not, turn it off.
  • Price: The price of your link insertion service.
  • Delivery time: The time taken to deliver and make the link live.
  • Backlink type: Whether it’s do follow or no follow.
  • Maximum links: The links allowed in the article.
  • Minimum words: The number of links allowed in the article.
  • Service terms and conditions: If you have any guidelines, you can list them here.
  • Auto accept incoming orders: This will accept automatic delivery of incoming orders.

 

Author Posting

  • On and off: If you want this service to be listed for your domain, turn the toggle on and add your details; if not, turn it off.
  • Price: The price of your link insertion service.
  • Delivery time: The time taken to deliver and make the link live.
  • Backlink type: Whether it’s do follow or no follow.
  • Maximum links: The links allowed in the article.
  • Minimum words: The number of links allowed in the article.
  • Service terms and conditions: if you have any guidelines, you can list them here.
  • Auto accept incoming orders: This will accept automatic delivery of incoming orders.

After you finish listing your domain, click ‘Add Domain’.

Account Details

Recharge Section

This is where you recharge your wallet.

Payout Section

This is where you take the money to your third-party account (PayPal) (a minimum of $200), and then you click ‘Payout’. A PayPal account must be created in your profile section.

Payment History Section

This is the history section of all the payments you made:

1.) Date: The date of payment.

2.) Type: Type of payment [recharge or payout].

3.) Payment method: PayPal or Stripe.

4.) Amount: Amount of money.

5.) Status: Whether the payment is completed, in progress, or not.

6.) Payment ID: Your payment number

7.) Account ID: Your account number.

8.) Admin: The admin’s name.

Profile Section

Beside your name in the right corner of the page, you can edit your profile. Click ‘Edit profile’ and start writing down all your information.

In the company settings:

  • Add your company name
  • Add your website
  • Add your PayPal account in order to transfer money from your wallet to your PayPal account through Payout.
